Alivio Downsizing is looking for a motivated individual to join our team as a Downsizing Sorter & Content Sales Associate. This role blends hands-on organizing with a variety and opportunities for growth.
Duties
- Downsizing Services (Daytime Hours – Monday to Saturday as needed)
- Methodically sort through clients’ possessions, organize, pack, and removal through different methods.
Content Sales – (This is not a sales job)
- Identify valuable items for auction or resale and ensure they are properly listed.
- Assist in writing compelling descriptions and capturing quality photos for online sales.
- Work closely with the team to maximize the value of clients’ assets.
Leadership Opportunities:
Successful candidates may have opportunities for advancement to a team lead position with an accompanying increase in pay.
Requirements:
- Dependable, committed, and organized individuals with strong communication skills.
- Must possess a strong sense of community and professionalism.
- Comfortable working in various client environments.
- Physical capability to perform job duties, including lifting boxes and organizing items.
- Experience in content sales.
- Valid driver’s license and access to a car is a plus.
