Alivio Downsizing is looking for a motivated individual to join our team as a Downsizing Sorter & Content Sales Associate. This role blends hands-on organizing with a variety and opportunities for growth.

Duties

• Downsizing Services (Daytime Hours – Monday to Saturday as needed)
• Methodically sort through clients’ possessions, organize, pack, and removal through different methods.

Content Sales – (This is not a sales job)

• Identify valuable items for auction or resale and ensure they are properly listed.
• Assist in writing compelling descriptions and capturing quality photos for online sales.
• Work closely with the team to maximize the value of clients’ assets.

Leadership Opportunities:

Successful candidates may have opportunities for advancement to a team lead position with an accompanying increase in pay.

Requirements:

• Dependable, committed, and organized individuals with strong communication skills.
• Must possess a strong sense of community and professionalism.
• Comfortable working in various client environments.
• Physical capability to perform job duties, including lifting boxes and organizing items.
• Experience in content sales.
• Valid driver’s license and access to a car is a plus.
